About our Founder, Ken Moten:
Ken Moten is the founder of Moten Tate, Inc., a Talent Management Services firm that assist organizations in internal and external recruiting, assessment, and retention solutions.
His clients include:

- Several major aerospace firms
- Global human capital management technology firm
- Manufacturing organizations
- Large technology companies
Prior to devoting his work full-time to Moten Tate, Inc. Ken served as a Vice President of Human Resources at 3 Inc. 1,000 Aerospace Systems, Technology, and Manufacturing firms.
Ken earned his MBA from Colorado State University. He has written a number of articles on human resources, leadership, talent management, and employee selection.
